Attentive for the breath, the good in your heart.

Wherever you go, I am with you.

Wherever you want to go, God will guide you.

Each step is with the insurmountable.

All that is, will be with love from your heart. Nothing is without its breath 

as the wind transparent in your being.

Be good at heart all will be with you for the highest good.

Evil dwells in disbelief to be good.

Be attentive for the breath, the good in your heart. 

All begins where there is no end.

Life knows friendship where hope lets live the friend that you are. 

Give life to that what lives within as the beloved.

The flower you are

Dear flower,


Open up for the heart you are and live your inner being fully alive with its truth. Every moment you are is your smile the joy in being you. There is always a way to the embrace of your inner self. Go into the silence of yourself and dissolve in all that is so you become who you truly are. Enjoy every single part of you with the wholeness of the nameless.

Today I made a drawing for you to tell you about self-acceptance, about my fears and insecurities that lead me to the strength and courage to stand for the flower that I simply am. May it be an aspiration to grow as the flower you are.

Be the observer of the movie so you can play and step out of all roles every moment your heart tells you. Never forget that you create what you are and that the heart of all is in the infinite love of your creator. Bless your life with its creation.
