Windows of your soul meditation.



Close your eyes. Breath in love, let go of all emotions while breathing out. 
Relax your mind and body. Listen profoundly to the silence of your heart in every breath that you take. Be thankfull for every moment that is the story of the windows of your soul. 
Feel gratitude in body, soul and mind. 
Smile and feel the sun of your inner child in every single part of your body while you open your eyes. Look in the mirror and see its blessings in the twinkling of your soul.
